Over speed protection device
Be installed in tractor-drive elevator, which is safety protection device used to brake the elevator or reduce speed effectively when there is over speed to certain extent.
High safety and reliability
The car door of the elevator adopted the protective system of light curtain door to replace the traditional safety edges for door. The serried light curtain formed by infrared rays can detected any tiny barrier during the closure of door and open the door promptly, to provide the safety assurance for passengers when getting in or out of the elevator; the safety parts including the safety gear on the car, the decelerating switch, forced decelerating switch and limit switch at the upper end and lower end of the well, the buffer at the bit and the accelerator in the machine room connect in series to construct the safety system, and the action in any link will cut off the power supply of main engine and brake the car. At the same time, the emergency illumination device for power cut in the car will immediately offer illumination in the car, the emergency leveling device for power cut (selective function) will automatically make the car close to the leveling zone, and the passenger can also ask for help by use of interphone. When the weight of passengers in the car exceeds the rated loading capacity, the buzzer will whistle for alarm. All of these measures are for the safety of passengers.
Stable running and more convenient riding
The application of pattern generators makes the elevator be able to detect the position of car more precisely when running, and makes the system be able to stably operate as per the speed curve, to realize the direct stoppage and shorten the running time. The frequency control door system has smooth performance curve, high adjustable precision as well as stable and quite action of opening and closing. The use of rubber pad for seperation of the platform of car and the bracket, and the application of cushioning device at rope hitch plate will make the riding more convenient.
